Confidentiality: The data contained in the reports sold from this site are confidential and you are permitted by the terms of this Agreement, to use this data for your personal and business requirements..  The redistribution of this data in any form is absolutely forbidden without the prior written consent of The Company.

Illegality: If at any time any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement under the law of that jurisdiction nor the legality, validity or enforceability of such provisions under the law of any other jurisdiction shall be in any way affected.

Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You hereby agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any suit, action or other proceedings relating to this Agreement. You hereby waive any claim that such suit or proceeding brought in the courts of England and Wales has been brought in an inconvenient forum, and agree that you will not bring any legal action against the Company or its affiliates in any other jurisdiction.
