Its EIS Fund, launched in 2005, offers investors exposure to a portfolio of early stage, private UK technology companies in sub-sectors including fintech, data-driven health, enterprise AI and cloud & data infrastructure. For each investor’s subscription, MMC targets investment in ca.10 EIS qualifying companies within 18-24 months, and the target return is 2-3 times capital invested or above (excluding EIS tax reliefs) over an investment term of at least 5-10 years from the initial investment.
