We will be hosting Palace Capital for an interim results presentation and Q&A webinar for the next episode of Hardman Talks, live on Zoom at 3pm on Thursday 26th November 2020.

The presentation is taking place on the back of Palace Capital’s recently announced interim results, with an adjusted EPS of 7.3p, Q2 dividend of 2.5p declared, and >90% expected rent collection for December, as a few of the financial highlights to mention. Operationally, the flagship Hudson Quarter development remains on track and within budget, for a March 2021 physical completion date.
Neil Sinclair, Chief Executive of Palace Capital, says:
“Our strength in the regional office and industrial sectors, reflected in the quality of our occupier base, has enabled us to maintain high levels of rent collection across the period, despite the ongoing Covid-19 headwinds. The resilience in the income collection and the successful active portfolio management are testament to our team’s experience and hard work during an extremely challenging half year period. While the market continues to be relatively uncertain due to the Covid-19 pandemic and with the Brexit deadline also close, we remain confident that the outlook for the UK regions is a positive one; the supply of good quality, well located office assets remains constrained and our portfolio is therefore very well placed, with additional value identified and unlocked as we progress our redevelopment and refurbishment programmes.”
We look forward to hearing more on the Palace Capital investment case next week. You can send us your questions when you register or during the presentation, and the event will finish with a Q&A session moderated by Keith Hiscock, Hardman & Co CEO.
