The presentation is taking place on the back of Palace Capital’s recently announced interim results, with an adjusted EPS of 7.3p, Q2 dividend of 2.5p declared, and >90% expected rent collection for December, as a few of the financial highlights to mention. Operationally, the flagship Hudson Quarter development remains on track and within budget, for a March 2021 physical completion date.
