Innvotec is a long-standing venture capital and private equity firm, having been established over 30 years ago. There was a change in 2019, when the existing team largely retired and new management bought into the company. It has raised and invested over 20 small SEIS and EIS funds historically, and currently has two evergreen EIS funds: the Innvotec Technology (S)EIS Fund fund and the Female Ventures Fund.
