On 14 November 2024, Hardman & Co hosted an Investor Forum, led by Richard Angus, Head of Business Development.

Windward (WNWD) provided a detailed overview of its maritime AI platform, showcasing its advanced technology and application across risk management and maritime domain awareness. CEO Ami Daniel presented the company’s latest results, underlining how recent global developments, including the US elections, are expected to bolster the business. The session highlighted Windward’s layered AI offerings, reinforcing its position as a transformative force in the maritime sector.

Custodian Property Income REIT (CREI) delivered a compelling presentation centred on three pillars: timing, income, and risk. Fund Manager Richard Shepherd-Cross articulated how current private equity activity signals an impending market recovery, with rental growth prospects looking robust. Custodian’s strategy, focused on smaller properties, was presented as a reliable income source, complemented by a diversified portfolio that mitigates risk through geographic and sectoral diversification, alongside quality tenants.

EDX Medical Group (EDX) emphasised its innovative approach to digital diagnostics, which facilitates personalised treatments for patients. CEO Mike Hudson’s presentation underscored the strength of its customer portfolio, bolstered by international partnerships and strong financial backers. EDX’s pipeline of medical products and ongoing fundraising initiatives were presented as key drivers of its growth trajectory in the dynamic healthcare landscape.
