The Company is engaged in the generation of rental income and capital growth through investment in primary healthcare property in the United Kingdom. PHP lets out to primarily GP surgeries to GP partnerships on long term leases. The rent GPs pay is reimbursed by the public sector. The Group’s portfolio comprises over one hundred and fifty primary healthcare facilities, both completed and committed. Other than GP’s surgeries, properties are let to Primary Care Trusts (PCTs), pharmacies and dentists.
