Surface Transforms has announced the completion of a placing and subscription to raise £8.3m and is now making an Open Offer to qualifying shareholders for another £2m of new shares.
The proceeds of the fundraising will allow the company to remain on track following a number of contract successes, providing working capital for the fulfilment of the new contracts. Management will be hosting a webinar for retail investors to hear the accompanying presentation and to ask questions.
